Caregivers


Screening Our caregivers are thoroughly screened before

they can become staff members of Premium In Home Care.

Our staff is required to attend 8 Continuing Education classes

per year to keep abreast the latest medical discoveries.



Credentialing


Premium In Home Care complies with all state licensing

requirements so you can be assured that our caregiver is  properly credentialed

to perform the level of care that your senior loved one needs.



Training



By requiring continuing education it allows the staff

at Premium In Home Care confidence while enhancing their job performance

and ultimately creating an exceptional customer experience for our clients.
Staff is required to complete a minimum of 8 training modules per year on a variety of topics:
    Understanding Fall Risk Factors,  Food Preparation and Safety,
   Understanding Alzheimer's and Dementia
